General Terms and Acceptance

By accessing, registering with, or using the nostar online casino platform ("Platform"), you ("User," "Player," "You") enter into a binding legal contract with nostar ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of the Platform located at https://nostar.cam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern all aspects of your relationship with nostar, including but not limited to account registration, gameplay, financial transactions, bonus participation, and dispute resolution.

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction; (c) all registration information you submit is accurate, current, and complete; (d) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (e) your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

nostar reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are expressly forbidden from registering or using the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation in nostar services complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. nostar disclaims all liability for illegal use of the Platform in prohibited jurisdictions.

Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

To access gaming services on nostar, you must create a User account by completing the registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested by the Platform. You may only create one account per individual. Multiple accounts created by the same person will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Identity Verification

nostar implements strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with international gaming regulations. Before processing your first withdrawal, we require identity verification through submission of government-issued identification documents (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days), and potentially additional documentation to verify payment method ownership.

Verification typically completes within 24-72 hours of document submission. nostar reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, including periodic re-verification for active accounts. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed. All submitted documents are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree to notify nostar immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. nostar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

nostar supports multiple deposit methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your nostar account originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. nostar reserves the right to refuse deposits from suspicious sources or to freeze accounts pending investigation of potentially fraudulent or illegal transactions. You agree to provide documentation substantiating the source of funds upon request.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method and withdrawal amount. All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time for enhanced verification procedures.

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500; maximum withdrawal limits are determined by your account level and payment method. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance. Withdrawal requests may be canceled by nostar if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. In such cases, your account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Transaction Fees and Currency

nostar does not charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. All transactions are processed in PHP unless you elect cryptocurrency payment methods, which settle in the selected cryptocurrency denomination. Currency conversion, where applicable, uses prevailing market exchange rates at the time of transaction. You bear all risks associated with currency fluctuations.

Bonuses and Promotional Terms

nostar offers various bonuses, promotions, and rewards including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are detailed in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before acceptance. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before becoming withdrawable. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically 30 days) or bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

nostar reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, including but not limited to: wagering on excluded games, irregular betting patterns indicative of bonus abuse, opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any other activity deemed by nostar in its sole discretion to constitute abuse of promotional offers. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and cannot be combined with professional or syndicated play.

Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the context of Platform gameplay. nostar may cancel, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Specific terms for each promotion supersede these general bonus terms in the event of conflict.

Gameplay Rules and Conduct

All games on the nostar Platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Game rules, paytables, return-to-player percentages, and other game-specific information are available within each game interface. By playing any game, you acknowledge and accept the rules specific to that game.

You agree to play fairly and in accordance with game rules and Platform policies. The following activities are strictly prohibited: colluding with other players, using automated playing systems or bots, exploiting software errors or bugs, engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, chargebacks after deposit, or any other activity that provides an unfair advantage or violates the integrity of gameplay.

In the event of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. If you discover a game error or malfunction, you must immediately cease playing and report the issue to customer support. Continued exploitation of known errors constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

Maximum bet limits may apply during bonus wagering or certain promotional periods. Exceeding maximum bet limits during bonus play may void the bonus and all associated winnings. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable betting limits.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nostar Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination with forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Manipulating game outcomes or exploiting software vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds for illegal purposes
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards or compromised payment accounts
• Requesting chargebacks after depositing funds and playing games
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or nostar staff
• Using offensive or inappropriate language in chat functions
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack Platform software

nostar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, you will forfeit all account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings. Terminated users are permanently banned from creating new accounts on nostar.

If nostar terminates your account due to Terms violations, we may disclose relevant information to law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, payment processors, and other affected parties as required by law or as deemed necessary to protect the rights and interests of nostar and its users.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the nostar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof ("Content"), is the property of nostar or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The nostar name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of nostar or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of nostar.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform and Content for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Platform or Content; (b) modify, reproduce, or publicly display the Platform or Content; (c) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (d) make derivative use of the Platform or Content; or (e) download or copy account information for the benefit of another merchant.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform or Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties. nostar will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

THE nostar PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, GAMES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. nostar DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL nostar, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

nostar's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made to your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000, whichever is less.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nostar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiations between you and nostar for a period of thirty (30) days.

If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the recognized arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You agree to waive any right to pursue disputes on a class action basis. Any claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nostar regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and nostar. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
